We implement plot changes and two new routes starting January 16
From next Saturday, users of the communes of Maipú, Lo Espejo and Pedro Aguirre Cerda will have services that will connect them to the subway network. In addition, the layouts will be extended into nine services.
Starting Saturday, January 16, 2021, and in order to provide greater coverage to users and improve the connection to the subway network, the Metropolitan Public Transport Directory (DTPM) will implement changes to routes corresponding to the operational program of the first half of 2021.
In this context, two new routes will be implemented that will benefit the neighbors of the communes of Maipú, Lo Espejo and Pedro Aguirre Cerda. It is the 115c service, which will connect users Villa El Abrazo (Maipú) with the subway Cerrillos; and the 105c service,which will provide users of Lo Espejo and Pedro Aguirre Cerda with a connection to Lo Valledor subway station.

For their part, redbus services B14, B16, B18, B22 and B25, and STP service 114,will extend their operating hours to match the closure of subway stations.
As of Monday, January 18, given the low demand for users it registers and the existence of 13 services that provide coverage in the South Pudahuel sector, Metbus’s J14 route will cease operations and its buses will reinforce the 110c extension, which will expand its layout and deliver a new connection between Pudahuel Sur and Lo Echevers.
In order to correctly inform users, between today and Friday, January 29, 40 monitors will be available on the ground who will provide guidance to users.

Detail of the modifications
The layout changes to the first half 2021 operating programme begin on Saturday, January 16 for services operating Monday through Sunday, and Monday, January 18 for services that only operate from Monday to Friday.
New tours:
- From January 16, Redbus begins operating on 105c,which will deliver to users of Lo Espejo and Pedro Aguirre Cerda connection with Lo Valledor metro.
- As of January 18, Metbus begins operating the new 115c between Villa El Abrazo, Maipú commune, and the Cerrillos metro.

Changing schedules:

Route Removal:
As of Monday, January 18, the J14 tour operated by Metbus ceases to serve due to the low demand for this tour in the sector in the South Pudahuel sector.
