Mobility Network: three new bus routes stand out among route adjustments that begin this Saturday, November 9

Santiago, November 7.- As of Saturday, November 9, adjustments will be made to the network of Red Movilidad bus routes, highlighting the implementation of three new services, one of which will be a new alternative connection with Santiago’s public transport for the residents of Lampa.

Among these adjustments are also the modification of eight routes and the extension of two services. These changes aim to improve the connectivity of Red Movilidad users with Metro stations, Intermodal and other bus services, generating new coverage and connections.

New routes

Route B42 (see map B42)

The new B42 service will operate between the Los Libertadores Intermodal Station and Valle Grande, delivering a new connection to the residents of the Lampa commune. This route will also be a new transportation alternative for the Buenaventura industrial neighborhood in Quilicura.

It is also important to indicate that this service will provide coverage on the Cañaveral axis, replacing the B33 that modifies its route.

The new B42 will deliver service from Monday to Sunday at the following times:

Towards Valle Grande:

Monday to Saturday: 05:30 to 22:30 / Sunday: 07:30 to 22:30

Towards the Liberators:

Monday to Saturday: 06:00 to 22:45 / Sunday: 07:30 to 22:45

Route B35 (see map B35)

This service will operate between the EIM Los Libertadores and the Metro Zapadores, providing new coverage in the interior of Huechuraba, in addition to reinforcing the connection of the residents of this commune with lines 2 and 3 of the Metro.

The B35 will operate from Monday to Sunday at the following times:

From EIM Los Libertadores: Monday to Friday: 06:30 to 22:30 / Saturday: 07:00 to 22:30 / Sunday: 08:00 to 22:30

Route C33c (see map C33c)

Finally, the new C33c will reinforce the service provided by the C03 during peak hours.

The new C33c will operate between Nueva Costanera and the Tobalaba Metro, Monday through Friday at the following times:

From Nueva Costanera

Monday to Friday: 07:30 to 09:15 / 16:30 to 20:15

Route Modifications

Among the modifications that will be implemented as of Saturday, November 9, are those of services 103 and 117, as both interchange their routes south of their routes.

In this way, the 103 stops covering the eastern section of Departamental and no longer goes directly to the Macul Metro. Now it passes through the Pedrero Metro, Haydn, the Mirador Interactive Museum (MIM), Américo Vespucio and San Luis de Macul. (see map modification 103)

Meanwhile, service 117 modifies its route, changing its route to the south with service 103. Thus, the 117 stops connecting with Metro Pedrero and covers the eastern section of Departamental, passing through the Macul Metro. The service stops transiting through the Haydn sector, which is now covered by 103. (see map modification 117)

On the other hand, the D03c route modifies its route at rush hour in the Plaza Egaña sector, unifying its route with the D03. Among other stops, the service adds stops at Stop 3 / (M) Plaza Egaña (PD410) from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 07:00 / 17:00 and 20:30 hours. (see map modification D03c)

In the commune of Puente Alto and La Pintana, the F14 service modifies its route at the beginning of its route in La Primavera, passing through La Serena and Caletera Acceso Sur. The service stops circulating through Creta and Luis Matte Larraín, permanently using its fair route on Saturdays. (see map modification F14)

In the commune of Quilicura, route B33 will stop circulating along the Cañaveral axis. This sector will be covered by the new B42 route that will operate between the EIM Los Libertadores and Valle Grande. (see map modification B33)

Finally, routes B03, B20 and B30n will also have modifications in the commune of Renca, The services will stop circulating on Calle Seis, now using Manuel Rodríguez. In addition, the B30n extends its route to the El Retiro terminal and stops traveling along the Santa Rosa axis.

Tour extensions

As for the extensions, we have the I13 that will now reach the Del Sol Intermodal Station, providing new coverage for the residents of Maipú and Cerrillos. (see map extension I13)

Meanwhile the I20 service extends its route to Av. Lo Errázuriz, in the commune of Maipú, eliminating the bus stop point located in Los Presidentes, Cerrillos.
